Our Job Placement Cell (JPC) expresses gratitude and affection towards our students. We believe in meeting the challenge of building a Digital Bangladesh through our JPC's efforts to support our students' career choices. The JPC organizes seminars to help students prepare for the challenges of the corporate world.

We evaluate our students in various ways and strive to make them job-ready as quickly as possible. Our JPC provides training on writing formal letters for official purposes, cover letters, CVs, and professional etiquette. At Creative IT, we make every effort to secure placements for our students in different IT sectors nationally and internationally. For students who desire to pursue employment, we offer categorized job opportunities in various companies worldwide. The Placement Cell manages the database and ensures that our students have access to all the amenities offered by the relevant companies.

Objectives

Our Job Placement Cell has the primary objective of helping students select the most suitable career path by providing them with the requisite knowledge, skills, and aptitude needed to meet the manpower requirements of various industries. In addition, our team works to:

Establish a connection between our students and the IT industry
Enhance the skills of our students to meet the demands of potential employers
Ensure the utmost satisfaction of our students by providing job offers from their preferred companies based on their eligibility.

Job Placement Facilities

Employers are constantly seeking vibrant, energetic, and driven individuals who are willing to accept challenges, possess a strong academic background, are quick learners, open to learning on the job, and most importantly, have excellent communication skills. At our institution, we not only create opportunities for our students but also actively support their participation in the job placement process. Upon completion of our professional courses, our students prepare their portfolios, resumes, and other necessary documents. Subsequently, our job placement cell begins searching for suitable job placements for our students. We provide the following facilities through our placement cell:

Our course curriculum is prepared according to market demand through market analysis. During the training program, students not only gain technical knowledge but also visit industries to witness real-world operations. This gives them a comprehensive understanding of the industry. The market analysis also aids in preparation and networking.

Grooming Session

For many of our students, embarking on a new job or internship in a corporate setting can pose a significant life challenge. It's not uncommon for the working environment of a company to seem less than ideal at first glance. That's why Creative IT offers internship opportunities to our students, helping them adapt to the new challenge. By providing this opportunity, we aim to facilitate our students' self-assessment and evaluation.

The Career Development Department delivers comprehensive counselling services to facilitate students' career growth. Following a fruitful counselling session, our team commits to nurturing our newly hired employees. An internship program enhances the confidence of our students and equips them for the future. We remain accessible to students for mentoring and assistance as they embark on their path to a prosperous future.
